The weather has turned cooler, and we expect the temps to range from the upper 40s (low) to upper 60s (high). A light jacket may be good to have with you.
Procession Details: Please see attached documents with the order of procession on Sunday, May 25th, the map of the procession route and the location of churches in the procession route.
- There will be reserved seating for participants in the procession including Holy Communicants, Altar Servers and Religious Sisters.
- Children must always be with their chaperones from respective parishes.
- Also note: no church banners are allowed

Photo Booth: A Photo Booth will be available on premises for delegates to take pictures for the Souvenir commemorating the Eucharistic Congress.

We are excited to welcome you to the Syro Malabar Diocesan Eucharistic Congress. We would like to share some important information and guidelines. Please read in entirety.
Participant Additional Information Needed by Wednesday, May 14th:
Please use the form to provide additional information if you:
i) Need vegetarian meal options
ii) Have registered children who are 11 or 12 years old
iii) Staying in a nearby hotel and need pickup/drop offs
iv) Need to drop off to EWR airport on May 25th after the conclusion of the event (~7pm)
v) Do not plan to attend on Friday, May 23rd
vi) Have any other special situations that you would like us to know.

The program will be conducted across two separate buildings:
1) Church and Fellowship Hall
2) Franklin High School (Auditorium and Gym)
All buses must enter only the school premises and park at the designated area and disembark passengers for check-in. Others may enter the church and drop off passengers for check-in before proceeding to the school premises to park their vehicle. No parking is allowed on the church premises and exit is always from the school exit.

Food: All meals will be provided for the participants during the duration of the program. Please check with food servers in case of any allergy concerns. No food is allowed inside the Church, School Auditorium and School Gym.
Other Guidelines: Please have the registration email ready on your phone for ease of check-in process. A badge will be provided for every registrant after check-in is completed. Please wear this badge always in the premises as the program is fully booked and only registered participants will be allowed. All kids 5 years of age and under must always be accompanied by a guardian.
Confession: Please come prepared after confession so that you can attend the sessions in full. There may be limited opportunities for confession.
Weather: Pleasant weather is the forecast – in the mid 70s. The Eucharistic procession on May 25th will be outdoors. Other sessions are planned indoors.
Offerings/Donations/Souvenir: Our costs for the program greatly exceeds the registration fees. We will be publishing a souvenir commemorating this Eucharistic Congress and you have an opportunity to support this initiative. Your generous offerings will greatly help in offsetting the costs. You may donate using the link below or through a check payable to STSMCC. Your contributions are greatly appreciated.

To ensure that people who wished to come that are not able to register for the overall Congress, we have opened up registration for the highlighted events on the final day (May 25th - 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM). These events will include:
